Terms of Service
Welcome to the “Six Towers Art Contest”
Organizers: NoMoSA.art, Oz Fine Art Studio LLC, Xerophayze, Six Towers of Education, and Rich Learning (“Organizers”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Before entering the Six Towers Art Contest, please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully. By submitting an entry to the Contest, you (“you”, “your”, “Contestant”) agree to be bound by these Terms, which form a binding legal agreement between you and the Organizers.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Contest, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
- Agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Contest entry form.
- Comply with all Contest rules and guidelines as published by the Organizers.
2. Contest Period
The Contest begins and ends on the dates and times specified by the Organizers. Entries submitted before or after the Contest period will not be considered. Contest begins on March 19, 2024 and ends on March 30, 2024 at midnight Eastern time.
3. How to Enter
To enter the Contest, follow the instructions provided by the Organizers. Incomplete entries or entries that do not comply with the guidelines provided will be disqualified.
4. Submission Guidelines
All contest submissions must be:
- Original works created by the Contestant.
- Not previously published or awarded in any other contest.
- Compliant with the Contest’s theme and any specified format or medium requirements.
5. Judging and Selection of Winners
Contest submissions will be judged according to criteria set by the Organizers. The Organizers’ decision will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
Winners will be notified via email or phone and must respond within the timeframe specified by the Organizers to claim their prize.
6. Prizes
Prizes will be awarded as described in the Contest details.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
By submitting an entry, you grant the Organizers an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your submission in connection with the Contest and for promotional purposes. The eight winning submissions grant Rich Learning and the Six Towers of Education full ownership rights to the winning pieces for branding, print, marketing, games, 2D and 3D online towers, and more.
8. Liability and Indemnification
The Organizers will not be liable for any damages arising from your participation in the Contest or acceptance of any prize. You agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Organizers and its affiliates from any claims, actions, or liability.
9. General Conditions
The Organizers reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Organizers’ reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Salt Lake County in Utah, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
11. Agreement to Terms
By participating in the Contest, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
